Neil J. Maune
In Memoriam (1960 - 2023)
Neil Maune founded and served as the managing partner of the firm. For almost 20 years, he exclusively represented hundreds of mesothelioma victims and their families in every state.
Growing up on a farm in Central Missouri, Neil learned the blue-collar value of hard work. He also learned first-hand about the dangers of asbestos, and working with many products that contained asbestos.
Neil attended Notre Dame on a football scholarship, and after finishing college, was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys. Neil continued his education at Notre Dame, attending law school. He graduated cum laude in 1989.
Neil always advocated strongly for workers and those injured by products through no fault of their own.
