Kelly Battley

Prior to joining MRHFM, Kelly litigated cases involving civil rights, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, and employment discrimination. She has always represented plaintiffs and has a passion for advancing the rights and protecting the interests of the individual. In her years at MRHFM, Kelly has handled cases across the United States involving many different types of occupations and exposures. As the sister of an active duty Marine, she takes special pride in representing clients who have served our nation. She also has a particular interest in representing people who were exposed to asbestos through their spouse's or parents' employment and hobbies.
Outside of work, Kelly volunteers extensively with military and veterans' organizations. Kelly is also on a board that promotes foster care and adoption efforts in the St. Louis area.
