Josh has been representing people experiencing the catastrophic impacts of mesothelioma since 2006. He has represented victims of asbestos exposure throughout the country, and has handled cases with a wide variety of asbestos exposures ranging from products used in dental labs to artificial fireplace kits. His experience has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the emotional ups and downs his clients experience during the course of the litigation process
Josh is admitted to practice in California and Montana. He also has been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in Illinois, Iowa, Oregon, and New Mexico. Prior to becoming an attorney, Josh served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia, and worked as a wilderness guide throughout the United States. While attending the University of Oregon School of Law, he worked as a student prosecutor for the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office, and was awarded certificates of specialization in Public Interest Law and Criminal Practice. Outside of the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and gardening. Josh resides in Missoula, Montana.
